Dalgona coffee is a frothy coffee recipe is known as whipped coffee in various places such as India, Pakistan, and Macao, but South Korea gave its unique nickname.  The reason behind the name is the resemblance to the look of South Korea old school toffee candy, dalgona. 

Dalgona coffee is made equal parts of instant coffee, sugar, and water that are whipped to sit atop a glass of milk like a tall, foamy hat!  This iced coffee is the latest trendy drink that might even rival latte art on social media this year.

"How to make Dalgona coffee?"

To make the perfect dalgona coffee you need to maintain a 1:1:1 ratio of instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.  Then everything whipped into a creamy, caramel-like mixture.

Ingredients

1. 2 tbsp Instant coffee.

2. 2 tbsp coconut/ brown sugar.

3. 2 tbsp hot water.

4. 1 cup milk.

Instructions

1. Combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a small mixing bowl.

2. Using a hand mixer, beat the mixture for 3 to 5 minutes or until the color turns golden brown and the mixture takes on the thick consistency.

3. Pour the milk into a tall glass with few ice cubes.

4. Slowly pour the mixture on the top of the milk and mix. The tasty dalgona is ready to serve. Try this at home and place your comment.
